Tournament and Venue Rules
No Alcohol or Tobacco Use on University Property.
Do Not Park on gravel road near Hawkeye Rugby Fields. In case of an emergency, this road needs to be clear to access the fields.

Eligibility & Roster
Roster size – 15 players Teams need to check in before their first match!
Subtitutions – Teams get a total of five (5) substitution "moves". It doesn't matter how many
players, just movements on/off. Each on/off event is considered one (1) move.
High School Players — High School teams may not roster players aged 19 years and above.
Red Cards – Any player receiving a red card for any reason will be disqualified from playing for
the remainder of the tournament.
Forfeits
Referees may enforce a forfeiture for any team more than 2 minutes late for their scheduled
match.

Ties in the final matches will go to sudden death 5 min halves until someone breaks the tie

All brackets will be group stage (minus high school). A Points system will be used to determine standings for next stage of play to determine 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
Awards will be given to the 1st place winners of the National Qualifier, and the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners of the social and high school tournaments.
